This public exhibition showcasing the work of Coles County Arts Council member artists was held in the main floor galleries of the Link Art Gallery in Paris, Illinois. An Opening Reception with light refreshments was held Friday, September 3, 2021, from 5:00 – 6:30 pm.
The East Central Chorale
Do you have choral music experience and would you like to sing with others here in Coles County? You have come to the right place!
The East Central Chorale, under the direction of Juliane Sharp and affiliated with the Coles County Arts Council, is a new community choral ensemble based in the East Central Illinois area. The ensemble is open to any person with choral music experience age 18 or older wishing to participate in the rehearsal and public performance of choral music in a variety of musical genres and time periods. We strive to provide a fun and enjoyable social experience for our members while maintaining a serious approach with regard to musical standards and commitment.
The ECC performance calendar is divided into Spring and Fall seasons, with a public performance at the end of each one. The cost for each season is $40 for adults over 25 and $20 for adults 18-25 years old.
